Prior to Bonell Ryan, Inc., Debra spent five years as a partner with Muller Ryan International, Inc., a global executive search firm, and five years in several senior management positions across the globe with Drake International, a world-wide recruitment firm. She began carving out her career working with distinctive law firms in South Africa and Australia, which seeded her perspective on the importance of properly aligned human resources. Debra is a member of Young Entrepreneurs’ Organization, Women Presidents’ Organization, International Crisis Group and United States Squash Rackets Association. Her varied interests include international travel, cultural and international affairs, opera, theater, squash, golf and skiing. She was born and raised in Brisbane, Australia.
Marian Rich, ConsultantMarian joined Bonell Ryan in 1996 and has leveraged her culturally rich background to plan creative search strategies for the firm's clients. Whether directing Bonell Ryan’s research efforts or probing the inner workings of a corporation, Marian promises not to go down the straight and narrow path to find the right candidates for a given assignment. She uses our well-populated database as well as her discerning instincts to identify and place candidates to meet the precise needs of Bonell Ryan’s client base. Over the years Marian’s areas of focus have been in e-commerce, multi-channel retail and the electronic payments and credit card industries. Her areas of functional expertise include sales & marketing, credit risk management and operations. She has built and maintained deep relationships with Bonell Ryan’s client base and is also involved in new business development for the firm. Leveraging her consulting skills, Marian knows how to move a search process to a successful conclusion. A businesswoman who is zealous about continued learning, she motivates others with her humor, her candor, her enthusiasm and distinctive background. Her attributes and skills as an experienced community organizer all contribute to her success at Bonell Ryan. Previously, Marian was a principal in Vision Communications, a public relations firm accumulating many successes with a not-for-profit clientele. Marian earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sarah Lawrence College. She is a co-founder and volunteer with the All Stars Project, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that creates outside of school, educational and performing arts activities for poor and minority young people; she is also a performer at All Stars’ Castillo Theatre on 42nd Street.
Jude Rosenberg, ConsultantJude joined Bonell Ryan in 2003 and shares her colleagues’ commitment to a highly professional, thorough and ethical executive search process. She views herself as an advocate for both clients and candidates and remains steadfast in her belief that honesty and integrity can never be compromised. Jude brings passion and creativity to every step of the search process; cutting corners is never an option for her. Having begun her career in the Research Department of Russell Reynolds Associates (New York) in 1988, Jude brings a long and varied background working on senior level executive assignments in a wide array of industries and functions, both domestically and internationally. Working at primarily generalist firms has afforded Jude the opportunity to develop a thorough understanding of diverse industries and functions. Among her successful placements, she has recruited marketing executives for leading mutual funds companies; division presidents for Fortune 50 consumer products companies; senior finance executives for various organizations and lead human resource executives for blue chip healthcare and financial services powerhouses. At Bonell Ryan, Jude’s efforts have been more focused on the credit card and retail banking industries, though she still enjoys an assortment of functional specialties, including finance, human resources, marketing and risk management. Prior to Bonell Ryan, Jude spent six years as a Consultant with Ingram, Aydelotte and Zeigler, a prestigious generalist search firm whose client list included some of the nation’s top financial services firms, as well as several Fortune 100 companies. Jude attributes her success as an executive search consultant in part to her excellent communications skills and thorough approach to all steps of search. She earned a B.A., summa cum laude, in English from Marymount Manhattan College and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Emerson College. Jude is a fiction writer and spends her off hours working on her second novel.
